Mbasela Club

The Mbasela Club is the frequent flyer programme of Proflight Zambia which rewards our loyal customers.

Members earn Mbasela Mileage points on Proflight scheduled flights which can then be exchanged for free tickets that can be used by you, a family member or friend.

How to Join

Membership of the Mbasela Club is open to anyone over 12 years of age; Child, Infant, some promotional fares, stand-by and free tickets do not qualify for Mbasela Club Miles.

Joining is completely free, you can join online it takes only a few minutes.

Shortly after you submit your online application you will receive an e-mail containing your Mbasela Club membership number.

Membership Card

You don’t need a membership card to earn Miles; your membership number is sufficient to earn Miles and avail of Mbasela Club benefits.

When you have registered ten flights using your Mbasela Club card we will arrange to send you a plastic membership card which can be collected at the Proflight office in the departures concourse at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport Lusaka. Please note that the membership number is sufficient – you don’t need the actual card when you make a booking.

You can print a PDF version of your membership card which you can keep with you as a reminder of your Mbasela Club membership number. Remember, it is essential that your number is entered in every booking because from 01 June 2012 it’s not possible to get credit for previous flights.
